Breakfast
Traditional breakfast room renovated in a modern style.
Our delicious, bountiful breakfast is served in a vaulted cellar from 7 to 10am.
A buffet with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, warm or cold milk, fruit juices, 4 kinds of cereals, wholewheat or cereal bread, pastries, French bread stick, fresh fruit salad, cottage cheese, cold cut meats, honey and various types of jellies.

Chocolate bar
Come to our bar & store and taste our chocolates, macaroons, marshmallows and hot chocolate drink, reclining in a comfortable armchair or to go.
back to list ↑The menu contains over 30 different types of chocolates: peppermint, apple, tea, buckwheat, ginger and sea salt. And the famous 'Christophe Roussel lips' - new chocolate-covered macaroon lollies, only to be found in Paris. There are also the melt-in-your-mouth marshmallows (truffle, mint, rose or Coca Cola flavors) and 'mendiant' cakes, to name a few.
And its array of highly-unconventional macaroons. Christophe Roussel is still, today, building on his impressive reputation by concocting the most amazing of flavor combinations: caramel & ginger, lavender & apricot, chilli & Morello cherry. Not forgetting, of course, the reputed chestnut, caramel and raspberry varieties.
Our latest delicious Cocktail recipes feature daiquiri with a zest of lime, rum and Coke, passion fruit & tarragon, banana & chocolate, and green tea & citrus.
The bar serves vintage hot chocolates. Come and try our current specialties: hot chocolates with a hint of vanilla or chilli.
